In 2023 a new set of standards for financial services firms were introduced in the UK. These standards are to ensure that firms like ours prioritize the needs of our retail customers. These standards require us to deliver good outcomes for every client. The Duty ensures firms must equip customers to make effective decisions in their own interests and provide a higher standard of care and protection. The scores apply from the inception of Consumer Duty in July 2023.
